Lets Get Hopping Round #12 Do you have a favourite technique? Is it something that you turn to time and time again or is it a technique you like to use on those extra special projects? This month is about our favourite technique and I do turn to masking so much as I love the way you can add two or three stamps set to make a card and it can look like a painting. So what is masking?  Its when you stamp out and image first on your card and also onto some Posty notes. Cut out Posty Note and place over the image as I have with the ute. Then you can build up the background behind your image I have used sponging, and the water from the High Tide Stamp set plus I punch out a circle from a Posty Note and Place on my pitcher where I wonted it, Sponging over the Posty Note first then removing and adding some colour and the birds from the High Tide Stamp set.  I Used a Aqua painter and inks to paint my Ute added some more birds and also sponge and used Aqua painter for g

Hip Hip Hooray Project Day   Base Card 1 : Using One A4 sheet of Crumb Cake Card Stock. Using Paper Trimmer: cut one  22.5cm x 14.5cm Base Card 2: Using One A4 sheet of Crumb Cake Card Stock Using Paper Trimmer: cut one at 28.5cm x 14.5cm Score Base 1 at 10.5cm,move along to 12.5cm,14.5cm, 16.5cm, 18.5cm, 20.5cm Score Base 2: at 10.5cm, move along as you did for base 1 every 2cm up to 28.5cm Using Very Vanilla Card Stock: cut 14cm move card along cut 14cm then turn card cut at 10cm then move card along cut 10cm do the same with other piece. You  know have one piece for the FRONT and two for inside card to stamp on. One left over. Using two sheet of  Crumb Cake card Stock: Cut @ 7cm . So line up 21cm side first cut 7cm strip you get 3 from one sheet and need one from second sheet.( Put leftover card aside to cut out hip hip hooray using the big shot and Large letter Framelits)  Then turn and cut 14 @ 6.5cm so you end up with 14 @ 7cm x 6.5cm Using the Very
