This Card Background is from the Neutrals DSP I used the Mossy Meadow 14cm x 10cm

the card base I used Early Espresso 21cm x 14.5cm 

Front Early Espresso 11cm x 8cm 

Basic White to stamp on is 10.5cm x7.5cm 

I also added Linen Thread 

Stampin' Blend and Memento Black ink
