Wow Tip: Yes, You Can Shrink Wrap That!
Iridescent Treat Bags (166204) make creating sweet! See what BIG ideas this shrinking technique will inspire. 
 Step 1: Insert Basic White Cardstock in an Iridescent Treat Bag.
 Step 2: Hold the Heat Tool 1–2" (2.5–5 cm) above the bag and heat in a side-to-side motion to shrink the cellophane. Repeat on the other side.
Safety first! Work on a heat-safe surface, and hold the bag in place with a tool, such as a Bone Folder.
 Step 3: Cut three shrink-wrapped panels. 
Tip: You may need to apply additional heat along the cut edges to
