Try this design technique to create a quilted background on your next scrapbook page—or scale the pieces down to make a standout card front! Stack three sheets of Designer Series Paper and cut them at an angle.  Tip: You can use a Paper Trimmer or the Take Your Pick™ Crafter Tips hobby blade and a ruler to make your cuts. Arrange the cut triangles to fit on a piece of White Willow 12" x 12" (30.5 x 30.5 cm) cardstock. Add your photos (back one with coordinating cardstock), along with stamped and die-cut images, and journaling. Free Card Class for Crafty Monday

  Wow Tip: Yes, You Can Shrink Wrap That! Iridescent Treat Bags (166204) make creating sweet! See what BIG ideas this shrinking technique will inspire.    Step 1:  Insert Basic White Cardstock in an Iridescent Treat Bag.   Step 2:  Hold the Heat Tool 1–2" (2.5–5 cm) above the bag and heat in a side-to-side motion to shrink the cellophane. Repeat on the other side. Safety first! Shop with me in Australia   SHARE WHAT YOU LOVE Wow Tip Bold, Bright Ink Layers? Grab Your VersaMark! Have you seen scratch art pads? The technique is easy! Simply scratch a pattern into the solid black surface and vibrant colour comes shining through. Today’s Wow Tip is like that, but in reverse—we designed a brilliantly-coloured base and applied dark ink over it, utilising emboss resist to create a dazzling end result. Let’s give it a try! Step 1:  Apply Lemon Lime Twist and Pool Party ink to a Basic White Cardstock panel using Blending Brushes; overlap the color to blend. Step 2:  Stamp the images using VersaMark and heat emboss using clear embossing powder. Step 3:  Apply Night of Navy ink using a Blending Brush and wipe away excess ink to reveal the embossed images below. 1, 2, 3, emboss resist!
